From 4 to 6 November 2026, our popular Grand City Tour will be available with an English-speaking live guide. Whether you are visiting Leipzig for an international football match, a city break or a short stay, this tour is the perfect way to discover the city’s most famous sights.

Take a seat aboard our blue-and-yellow double-decker bus and enjoy an entertaining and informative 1.5-hour sightseeing tour. From a height of around four metres, you can experience Leipzig from a unique perspective while your certified live guide shares fascinating stories, interesting facts and insider tips about the city.

The route takes you past Leipzig Zoo and Gohlis Palace before continuing through the Waldstraßenviertel, one of Europe’s largest preserved districts of Gründerzeit architecture. You will also see St. Thomas Church, the New Town Hall and the Music District with the Federal Administrative Court.

Further highlights include the Old Trade Fair grounds, the MDR complex, the impressive Monument to the Battle of the Nations and the Panometer. Along the way, you will also discover cultural landmarks such as the Opera House, the Gewandhaus and the Schiller House, as well as the lively district of Plagwitz and Leipzig’s picturesque waterways.

Sit back, enjoy the view and discover the many sides of Leipzig in English. The tour starts and ends in Goethestraße, opposite Leipzig Central Station.
